Has anyone had problems with shopback with iconic? Almost all of my purchases weren't tracked.
EDIT: Live chat has confirmed its for everything.
I see the issue. On shopback their terms are: "Valid only for dresses listed at https://www.theiconic.com.au/all?campaign=lp-affiliate-j20-d…
Cashback is valid on everything, but outside of our promo windows we do have a 7% cashback offer running on dresses listed on that link.
Just be mindful in your ShopBack. I purchased about $150bucks worth of stuff from Boohoo for my wife and at that time they were running a 20% cash back promo from 4pm to 6pm. They haven't credited any amount and have said that I haven't made the purchased or didn't follow the rules.
Poor customer service, I've chased it up and provided invoices as proof of purchase and multiple screenshots, but they just refused to provide any cash back.
