  • link is showing USD 501.29, how did you get $426.10 AU ?

  • add coupon code at check out

I think it is coming as US $426.10 with discount code which is AuD 646.37.

      This.

I get about $647 if I use my CBA credit card and would then get a 3% international transaction charge, so a total of $667

That's why I just purchased the same thing from Amazon for $675. I feel the shipping from Amazon will be quicker, and have amazon as a backup in case I need warranty etc.

  • also- the cloud plan is reduced to 99c us per month…but terms and conditions unclear (pay by paypal)

    • I wasn't sure if it was 99c/mth just during the promo period or if it would be a lifetime cost of 99c/mth

  • our dollar has gone down i would wait until it goes back up around 70c

    • our dollar has gone down i would wait until it goes back up around 70c

      yeah, it's 69 cents…

  • 12 month Australian warranty? How to make a claim if it fails within the warranty period?

  • Hi Rep,

Do you accept AUD$? My credit card has international transaction fee.

    • Sorry, we only accept USD at the moment.

      • -1

What if we don't have any USD?

  • hey rep - what's the deal with the 16 chan NVR (4k) - would have loved to get a set with 6-8 cameras but the 16 chan NVR is coming up as unavailable?? when will it be back in stock?

  • Hi rep. I've just ordered 1 but now found that this one is 10 % off too. And iam happy with this product. Can i exchange please. TA

    • Hello, you can contact the support team to cancle the order. Please know that the code is only applicable to RLK8-800B4 so you won't get exra 15% off if you purchase other products.

  • Warranty forfeited under improper working environment such as improper temperature or humidity? What?! So this an indoor camera and warranty forfeited if used outdoor under the sun or in the rain?

    • Hello, please have a look at teh specs about proper working environment: Temperature between -10℃ and +55℃ and humidity between 10% and 90%.And it's IP66.

      • Care to explain why the poor ratings https://au.trustpilot.com/review/reolink.com

        • Well, that's not great, was about to purchase these but after reading some of the reviews I'm having second thoughts. Really shame as they seem to have a lot of deals and a good rep in previous OZB deals in the past.

          • @paulj13: The product review on Amazon is quite good but in case you get a bad batch you can have trouble getting it repaired or replaced under warranty. Probably best wait for this brand be sold by local Australian stores with Australian warranty backed by the reputable stores because based on my experience it is waste of time to get manufacturers to honour the warranty claims.

            • @wtfnodeal: But the feedback on Trusted is mostly about poor shipping, items coming from china, not NSW and due to COVID not being delivered for 3 months. Concerning.

Did you buy from them, are you happy?

              • @paulj13: No, the poor ratings are for bad customer services by Reolink and reluctant to help. I am looking for a set for 24/7 recording after my Swann died months ago but won’t buy directly from manufacturers after getting burned by Hisense sh!t manufacturer warranty claim. Just wait for this brand carried by reputable local Australian retailers and claim warranty through them instead of the manufacturer. It is painful lesson I have learned that you either buy cheap landfills don’t care if they break within days without any warranty or pay a premium for something expensive from local Australian retailers that there is genuine warranty.

                • @wtfnodeal: Note that in all the comments the Associated rep never tried to defend the company once or offer their side of the story.

  • Can I record and liveview on nvr RLN16-410/RLN8-410 if I connect RLK8-800B4 orRLC-520 camera to my router instead of straight to the nvr? or camera—>vpnclient—>network with nvr?

  • Bought using my HSBC card. Final cost 634.49. Hope this won't disappoint
