    Probably don’t exploit it.

I've tried many meditation apps (Calm, 10% happier, Aware, Sattva, Sam Harris) and I find Headspace the best. Normally I would've jumped on this but I feel this type of exploit really undermine Andy's effort and goodwill. I've paid for their service in the past and I'll probably get their lifetime subscription if they ever offer it again.

      • Lifetime eh? How much is that?

        • I think it was US$399. Not cheap

          • @[Deactivated]: Thanks, yeah hard to justify. I've had a paid subscription but think I'll go back to the Basics for a while.

their little animation are quite helpful in explaining how to meditate. I use them for 3 months 2 years ago. I learnt the basics of meditation. Cant afford their monthly.

FYI - this is unrelated to the Australian mental health service for young people.

  • Anyone had any success adding the year onto an existing inactive account?

  • +20

Hopefully it will alleviate some of the mental issues of unemployed people. Guys, please don't exploit it! It is a benevolent gesture for the ones who need it the most!

Don’t for the life of me know why you are been negged on your view.

its a growth market - we need to keep the growing unemployed occupied for nothing - its a necessity to drive wages down, introduce more zero hour contracts, drive through more massive environmental destruction and to send our taxes overseas for sweet bugger all.

look at mr forests massive infastructure investments - oz's richest man? - at taxpayer/ratepayer expense - it will create jobs for a couple of months cry the pollies - tourism to see what exactly? The rich get richer - its the american way…

Agreed. The Liberals are chomping at the bit at the chance to kill our working rights.

It's sad but not unexpected that they are using a tragedy to slash workers rights.

And you all just keep commenting instead of doing it the french way.

        • careful mate - this is all logged in real time - you don't live in a free country anymore

  • I would've liked to have given this a go for my son but neither Hola nor NordVPN would allow this to work for me.

    Don't exploit it!

It's not meant as a freebie or a Bargain!

This is for the unemployed, going through hard times

  • For those that really need this, definitely take advantage of this deal

There’s so many people who could use this but simply can’t afford it

  • +5

I don't get it how you are saying don't exploit it. Now everyone is holier than thou? Everyone jumps on a price error here and hopes they get it. Most will try and get to a store to pick it before it gets flagged with no thought to an employee who might get in trouble for letting the product be sold. Why the sudden conscience? In this time of stress everyone can use this… and if it's a good product then I'm sure people will pay to keep it. You can neg me if you want but then stop posting price errors with intent. I don't remember anyone saying we should refuse the bunnings gift card for their honest mistake. In fact some people wanted to lawyer up to get the drone and weren't happy with $250 gc.

      yeah OzBargain is hilarious

You may as well add the nodded apk going to this much trouble.

  • Thanks OP, claimed.

There's also a torrent withn the whole lot. I did the 3 months free and most of the basic sessions are 95% the same. Probably headspace is better than the other ones, but youtube also has enough free meditation options

For those that need it, I managed to activate it on an existing non-active account. Just used a VPN set to the US and followed the prompts. Thanks OP.

  • What VPN do you use for iPhones?

  • Thankfully I had seed4.me from a previous deal still floating around on my PC. Opera VPN could only connect to a location in central Europe.

Thankful to Headspace for their genorosity.

  • Looks like they've pulled it down.

Sorry, this offer is no longer available
