seen these in person, my impression was it's a very low quality shoe. Material is very stiff.

That Upton sole is hilariously ugly.
The contrast is jarring in the Upton (white/gum).

I've always felt these shoes look awful at larger sizes (10 and up). They just seem too long and bare. Always loved the minimal style though

My wife has this same one in green colour and its very comfortable.
Styles are slightly different in the outlet
Some have no green at the back just the word "Smith"
Some have gold stitching on the side of the shoe
Watch out also that there are off-white sole variants.
