  • Great game, but not for the casual gamer.

  • I just paid $14.30 last night for this on Steam lol. I can't be bothered getting a refund to re-buy it just to save $3.

Can't wait to play it in VR, just waiting to mount my handbrake today on my sim rig and I'll be good to go!

  • I have Dirt Rally 1 and I really enjoy it, is the upgrade worth it? I know the cars list isn't that great.

      Pros:
6 new locations that are pretty well done
      Very nice graphics
      Nice audio
Very fun mechanics and its soeasy to powerslide through every corner.
Easier handling than DR1. *despite being easier i'd say it does do a great job of convincing you youre as good as Rally greats suchs as colin Mcrea, Makkinen, Loeb etc.

      Cons:
      DR1 had a nicer career/progression to it.
FFB lacks detail in basic car sensations like compression, hitting ruts, missing weight and load buildup in the front tyres when understeering.
      Lack of car variety
      Lack of detailed weather adjustments
      Absolutely awful tarmac physics

Want to end by saying if you play Raceroom, dont buy DR2 unless youre still enjoying DR1. I dont know why but i just cant adjust to DR2 at all since Raceroom had the July 2019 physics update.

"Purchasing a game on the UK storefront will guarantee its successful activation in the EU, but not in the rest of the world."

Anyone else tried buying from this site? Any issues?

    • I have never had issues.

You can check if it is on sale on US store - will likely be a bit more.

Also you can activate via VPN - VPN use on Steam is not a problem unless used to buy from cheaper regions such as Russia or Argentina which is prohibited and will get you in trouble.
