Had a similar experience. Delivery took over 3 weeks. Emailed them twice about the item received and STILL haven't had a reply a a month later. Worst customer service I've had in a long time
Had similar problems with them with no reply.
I ended up sending them a message via Facebook messenger (link on their FB page) and it got sorted out.
They only sell home brand trash at inflated RRP. Why would anyone but there.
Yup. everything is using the old trick of price inflation.
Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else.
I remember they used to sell actual branded stuff, but last time i went into a store it was all baccarat stuff. Which is essentially their home brand.
I saw the prices of the baccarat knives, and was like "do people fall for this?" its more expensive than global and in some cases even Shun.
I saw the edge geometry on the baccarat knives they had on display and wow…… its like daylight robbery if people bought them for that price.

My recent experience with purchasing at House online has been terrible. They are under Global Retail Brands. Delivery took longer than it should have, and when they delivered a faulty item they have been unresponsive in any open tickets (I've opened two) and calling them puts you on hold for 21 minutes which ends asking for name and phone number and then call switches off immediately.
