    I upgraded to an inno3d 2060 super from a 780ti (in the infamous FTC deal) and it's fantastic, happy with the upgrade and quite affordable too, this is a great price… Just a shame is the selection of ports, as the inno3d (which I'd imagine is a similar or lower tier card) has 3 x DP and 1 x HDMI

      Nvidia vs Radeon. Radeon is usually better fps/$ but brand matters.

        It's more like drivers matter. But also this gens radeon cards look great on benchmarks at the start, before they get too hot and have to throttle. You can see that a 2060 super seems to perform the same or very slightly better in most games on gpu benchmarks efps chart with an intel or AMD processor. The more concerning thing is how deep the dips in eFPS are on a 5700xt, consistency does not seem to be it's strong point.

        Oh in that case definitely not worth the money and wait for the new generation of cards. I know people get memed on when they say this but in your case 980ti is strong enough for 1080p gaming.

        for $500… you will be able to buy a faster lower power card from AMD or Nvidia in a few months time… you will be happy you missed out on this deal ..

        Ray tracing on the new Geforce 3000 series is said to be 5x faster then 2000 series and RDNA2 is said to have 3x faster Ray tracing then 2000 Series. ( going off console RDNA2 based GPU ray tracing performance )

        Thanks. versus is more of spec sheet comparison. I was interested in build quality, parts quality, cooling and everyday use experience sort of things (coil whines/ runs hotter…) stuff like that.

    No the Inno3D is a bit loud and annoying. Think the Galax should be a bit better in this area.. Rather I hope so. So selling the Inno3D and well bought this now haha

    Got this card for $480, it's a very good card if you cannot wait for the 3000 series.
    I can run pretty much all games in maximum details @ 3440x1440 with nothing so far below 60fps.

            @RenVilo: I did it via Zip just in case - it stays pending, and since cancelling, it's instant (since it's not actaully withdrawing funds). Regarding credit card etc. I am not sure how long that will take.

      I literally just got notification from Amazon that my product was shipped! With tracking number!

      I wanted to know sooner rather than later. If it wasn't going to be honoured then I would've taken up one of the other 2070 deals.

        Yea it was "Pending" and then it got removed.. GPU came yesterday sometime (left at the door) and this morning I see there's an EFTPOS amount from Amazon that was taken off so no, its not a win lol. Wish it was haha.. But seems this went from an online purchase to a manual transaction somehow.. Bit strange to be honest..
