Not sure which is better…an app I'll never use or an ebook I'll never read. Looks cool but. Cheers OP

What? No electricity related jokes yet? I'm shocked!

    • +1

No, I just resisted the temptation

    • +10

      ΩMG

      • Couldn't resist huh?

      • +3

        Watt?

    • +3

      Don't worry, it's just a phase.

    • +3

In this current climate, it's hard to find the energy…

no need to get charged up, join me for some mindfulness, now repeat after me, ohm

i wont impede every1s chance to have some fun

    Installed years ago, rarely used.

This is a fairly old (2014) but useful app.
Years ago, used to build circuits with discrete components like 555 & LM317, so was used then. And and for resistor colour codes.

      • +3

Now you just "chuck in a micro"? :)

        • +1

That's what usually killed building with discrete components, & why I stopped using the app😉 But rarely work on circuits these days.

Was building with micros long before that, when they were expensive chips. But used cheap 555 in simple timing applications as they were easy to prototype with.

          Useful for other purposes.
Latest update is 2018. Underlying principles (Ohm's Law etc) haven't changed.

Awesome, thanks op. Will use this all the time at work.

Powerless to resist. Downloaded and installed.

    • "Resistance is futile."

      • +1

This series of parallel puns has induced an amplification of the magnitude of the smirk on my face despite my capacitance to passively filter real time sensory load.

  • Downloaded. I'll probably forget and do a google search when I need to look something up though.

    Electrifying deal!

  • Why did the man touch lightning, to cell batteries.

  • Anyone knows if there is a free similar calculator app to this but for a scientific calculator?
