    Use promo code DEALS10

Due to current circumstances, Victorian residents who shop in physical Victorian stores have until close of business on the Sunday 19th July, 2020 to receive the offer.

    • Thanks updated

    • Also can stack with $20 concierge credit too so I got google nest hub for $69.10 click and collect

      • +1

how to get the concierge credit?

    • Is it just me or a lot of white goods are coming up as "price pending"? I'm looking for dryers and almost half comes up as "price pending" for me. Is it they haven't finished increasing prices for all items as yet?

  • +8

That exclusions list pretty much gets rid of all the good deals.

    • Came here to say that too.

  • +21

You get 100% cash back from the Price Error Guys.

    T&Cs: and no product.

  • +1

Nice price for the nest hub! Got one. Shame no compounding deals on the hub Max.

    • +2

Still sad that I missed getting an Officeworks price match on the hub max at $120 :(

  • Thanks, needed these :)

  • Can this be stacked with cashback?

  • Can this be used with price match?

    • Yes

      • dont think so, called up and they said only 1 offer can be applied

    • +3

Just called TGG, they said they either price match or apply the 10%, not both

      • this is the TGG

what other store has it lower than this right now?

  • -2

Officeworks price beat here we come!

    • better with bunnings.
Google chalk home hub after price beat comes down to $80.20

EDIT: Bunnings has the old stock of home hubs and not nest :(

      • They are the same I believe. Just a rename of the product?

        • The only diff I have noticed with the minis is the sound quality. It's much better on the nest devices but not sure if it's the same with the hubs.

        • Nest Mini has better audio quality, a third microphone, an active touch sensor on the top and an inbuilt wall mount. Also built from mostly recycled plastic, including the fabric.

It also has faster voice recognition that processes most of the commands on-device, instead of having to translate in the cloud. Nest Mini is worth it just for that, imo

          • @czyk: sorry guys, I was referring to the hub series.

    • +1

Just rang Officeworks and they refuse to price beat the promo code deal

    • +1

Much like most other businesses, OW price beat works on advertised pricing only which is why you've seen more and more businesses advertise via Coupon Codes in recent years

  • +1

I haven’t seen my concierge credit at all this year, has any received their offer?

    • +1

No likewise, I noticed some people selling theirs in the classifieds a few weeks back so some must have got theirs then.

    • Yep been getting them

    • i haven't got them for half year, but made a call on Tuesday and then get $40 credit by email on Wednesday

    • +1

I just received one now in text message.

      • Yeah and look how generous they are being with the time to redeem.
        "Expiry extended to 22/7/20"

    • Just received SMS for mine 😊

      • how to get concierge credit?

        • Buy the extended warranty on something from the good guys. Gives you 3x $20 voucher per year.

I bought the warranty on a printer for $20, and so far it's repaid me x4 in concierge credits.

          • @Spun: so the concierge service is $10 per year
and it only has option for 3 years = $30..

so that means each year they will send 3 x $20 vouchers = total 9 vouchers over the 3 years?

    • Me too. But I just received one today. The last time I received was in Feb 2019… I called but the call just ended after the music. I lodged online enquiries but never received any replies. Also no replies from Facebook.

  • Shopback states the 10% off site wide but doesn't actually list the promo code, I assume there is no cashback then?
Edit" Cashrewards does have the code listed so better off using cashrewards

  • +1

https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/lg-65-inches-cx-4k-uhd-smart-… - $3865.50 with the 10% off plus 1 year Disney subscription. Nice price.

    • Agreed! Ended up pulling the trigger on the OLED65CXPTA.

Opted to get it delivered for an additional $55, which is negated by the Disney+ promo if you look at it that way.
Either way, pretty good deal considering how new the 65 CX is. I'm happy!

      • Im debating on the 55CX , I want it for PS5 mainly but the tv might be cheaper later in the year than this. Decisions decisions lol

  • Does this code works on TGG commercial too?

  • Can anyone recommend this TLC 75" TV? $1595 after $100 credit plus 1 year Disney sub. Was looking at the Samsung 200 motion but it's double.
    https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/tcl-75-inches-p715-4k-quhd-an…
    https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/samsung-75-inches-q70t-4k-uhd…

    • I looked at the lower spec P8M, but I suspect issues may be largely similar - the start up time on these was genuinely ridiculous. As in, 20-30 seconds before you could watch anything. It seems to load all the Android TV features upfront rather than in the background. I think there's an option to start in 'dumb' mode, but not sure if that then loads Android gracefully in the background or still forces you to sit there for 30s when you decide to use smart functions.
I'm still considering a smaller version for another room where this isn't an issue, but as a main TV it doesn't seem practical.
Can anyone comment if this model has a similar issue?

  • I just purchased the Google Home Hub 2 weeks ago at $129 :(

  • Does anyone know about any good microwave deals? Cant seem to find any recently. Would def stay away from Samsung.

  • +1

Hey Op, I think you made a typo.

    You wrote- (exclusions apply)
    Did you mean (exclusions apple)

    Haha

    • +1 lol

    • +2

      *exclusions ample

  • Ugh, just made a purchase yesterday… Will try to see if they can refund the difference for me.

    • Me too, to take advantage of the damn 7% Cashrewards cashback. :/

My order doesn't ship until next week so I think I'll try to cancel the order and order it again. Let me know how you go!

      • I paid in gift cards so don't really want to cancel in case I can't pay with the same gift cards again!

        • LOL me too. But if I buy it today it'd save me an extra $120 or so. Might be worth calling and seeing what they can do.

          • @lint: Did give them a call but the person on the other line had no idea on how to handle it so they said they'd call back once they get some help.

            • @pawan1993: I called and was told I would have to cancel the order and order again to take advantage of the 10% off. They cancelled my order in the same call.

They also said gift cards will take about 3 business days to refund. I'm assuming the same for credit card.

              • @lint: Ah that's unfortunate. I might stick with my current order then. The 10% off is today only and I'd rather have spent my gift cards on this than keep those gift cards lying around for another few years.

                • @pawan1993: I bought enough gift cards yesterday to pay for my entire order before realising they only allow you to use up to two gift cards per order, so I'm already stuck with extras :(

I used the extra two I was stuck with today while I wait for the gift cards from my original order to be refunded.

                  • @lint: That gets me every time! Are they the only online retailer that has a limit?! At least that meant you had extras left to make an order today. I had gift cards given as a gift so didn't really want to buy new gift cards for a purchase. Ah well. You win some and you lose some.

they jacked the price up, this was $1995 yesterday, scum move
its $2295 today, i thought the good guys were better than this..
    https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/hisense-65-inches-q8-4k-uhd-s…
new price with code, 2065.5 lol even more than it was before. what a sham
i rather go to smaller online retailer that offers a decent deal, $1880 at video pro

    • +6

You're thinking too much into it, sales/specials end. The new catelogue started today.

      • +4

Welcome to OZB. We think about price and do comparisons

        • +3

Advertised in the last catalogue that finished on the 15th of July?

          https://www.catalogueau.com/good-guys/good-guys-catalogue-9-…

            • +13

@striker5950: Mate I'm not arguing with you about price, that's what we are here for good deals. You're litterally calling them scum and a sham for something that was clearly advertised to end on the 15th.

            • +15

@striker5950: Yes it was $1995 yesterday. As shown in the catalogue. That catalogue was for July 9 to July 15. Complaints about "price jacking" are invalid when the sale had an advertised expiry date.

        • -8

call it what you want, sale ended or some other bullsh!t, the price was $1995 yesterday, ive been eyeing this tv for a while, price jack is a price jack, now if you want to use the "sale ended" excuse than you can do so.

    • +1

They either sale or sale or sale… https://pricehipster.com/product/Z3cxUdXyeb1HUsVAqF6UEQ~BJIn…
Hops around different ways, but always similar price at the end of the day. Hard to track this crud

  • N00b question but besides the screen what is the difference between nest mini and google nest hub? Is it worth upgrading

    • +1

Sound quality is the same imo just depends on if the screen will benefit you

  • +1

10% off discount but exclude everything.

  • Was going to back order a switch dock set, but 75 dollars for delivery is a no from me.

  • -5

I am 100% sure they jack up the price of 75 inch TVs as i always keep an close eye on it.

  • -3

Hisense 55" Q8 was $1599 yesterday and it's $1699 today. They've jacked the prices before the sale.

    • +1

      More like the sale finished

      • -2

nope, he is right, i checked the price yesterday too. call if what you want, the price went up just in time for this amazing %10 off coupon code. so it makes you think you are saving, but you are paying more than you would if you purchased yesterday, hell its not even worth talking about it this much, screw the good guys, get it from videopro or wait for a better ebay deal

        • So they are scum because they don't perpetually have sales on a particular item you're after?

Or they are scum because a sale ended and a new sale is on that doesn't suit you as it isn't overlapping?

        • Amazing, one sale finishes, and another starts….

          Oh the outrage!

    • Jack has visited to the good guys after successes in eBay .

  • +2

3% Cashback now via Cashrewards with the coupon listed on site.

Also just got a targeted $60 Credit with $500 spend offer which can be stacked.

    • Hi mate, I too got the same sms. How did you apply the $60 credit? Cheers

      • I think it works like a separate credit after you make a purchase of $500 or more which they'll send, rather than being a credit to apply now.

  • Scored black Oppo A52 for $261 (w Cashrewards). Asked them for a discount yesterday and they only offered me $6 off.
    Woohoo.

  • do they price match with appliances online?

  • Thanks OP - great deal. However, doesn't seem to work on all TV's (e.g. Samsung 65" TU8000 4K UHD SMART LED TV).

  • -2

Does it actually include anything, what a crap sale.

  • +4

Thanks OP. Grabbed a Google Nest with my concierge credit $20 +10% Discount and 3% Cashback >> $66.50. Pretty good price.

    • +2

Did the same, but got it shipped. Had the credit leftover from the Nest Hub Max deal and my code didn't work so they sent me one that expires at the end of July.

  • works for me!
I need a new fridge and dishwasher

  • Yay :) I just got this, and the Versa Lite for $295.10 <3

Versa Lite needs to called up because it's not available online. But, it's $206 with this discount :)

  • Well, it seems that the code is working on the mavic air 2 as well. Almost $200 off for the fly more combo version. Not bad. I really wish that OW would price beat this to get up to $270 off.

  • thanks, purchased the nest hub with concierge credit.

  • not everything is jacked. got a Haier dishwasher.

  • looking for a monitor for WFH, any recommendation? Thanks Bargainers
