    $30 is historical low.

Camel and Keepa are not 100% accurate. There are third party stores with no history and feedback having some abnormally cheap prices on certain products (can't tell whether are they are fakes or scams). Occasionally Amazon have price errors or mis-categorised products. Which of course skew their pricing histories. Take a look at their charts, the historic low $30 are all 3rd-party. My search on OB does not show any Ultra 200GB deal near that price.

  • U1 cards have very slow write speeds.

    • But once its on, its ok?

Yep, depending on the use case, if it's mostly static files should be ifne. But if you want to transfer files often, or want to capture high res photos/4k video etc, will be a pain.

  • So, it's a deal or not?

    • Won't do 4k

      • It is what it is and the price range reflects that. Sandisk has faster series that suit 4K application like the Extreme and Extreme Pro in other deals if you are prepared to pay more (double and triple respectively). For Switch and general mass data storage for phones and tablets, it is ok.

    • IMO - not

  • 256gb extreme card is on sale around $65 atm on Amazon if you need faster, I just got three for 4k vid

  • Would this be a good card for the Switch?

    • Yes, the Ultra series is popular with Switch owners.

  • would it be good for dash cam?
