    I'm looking into this one right now, and am trying to get in touch with them via online chat with the following question…
    My concern is on claiming the $50 cashback. With 1 week from sale date to submit the claim, and that claim requiring the serial number of the laptop, how can I be certain the laptop gets to me within 1 week?

    So far been waiting 10 minutes and "There are no operators available at the moment"

    Before Cashback $409.99 + $10.50 Delivery Fee + $8.20 Surcharge(Visa/Mastercard/Paypal etc) = Total Price $428.69 !!! I am not very happy with surcharge for Credit Card / Paypal payments as it is not disclosed on the website.
    Also delivery is $10.50 instead of $10. I cancelled my orders just before I was about to Hit 'Place your Order'

      Most computer stores will have a 2% surcharge for credit cards as their margins are very low. You can get $5 off if you sign up to their newsletter to help offset that charge.

    Yeh i canceled too after the delivery was 11.50+ 8.00 credit card surcharge…. far out its just the principle for me…wasnt disclosed

    Reading through all the terms etc.. this is what I'm coming up with
    1-2 days processing time (maybe more if busy promotional period) + 1-3 days AAE delivery (to my postcode shown at checkout).
    Doesn't leave much room for error when you have to submit your claim within 7 days of sale date.

    and yes postage was incorrect, $19.31 not the advertised $10

    and BTW still no response on their "live chat" since my post 1 hour ago.
