I have had problems with them in the past. One time they sent me the wrong items and expected me to pay to ship it back, I said absolutely not, then they offered a credit for the cost of the shipping, then I offered to go to the ACCC……. They paid for the return shipping.
First I've heard of this but good to know if true… I ordered a Ryzen 2600 from them and got a 2600x though, so no real complaints from me.

Similar issue faulty new pc has taken over a month to sort out with hrs wasted on their chat they only replied when I wrote acc yet their reps can post deals here lots of bad reviews on whirlpool atm as well avoid

Yes, They even price match for Amazon. But this item is only available for delivery. Can I order them in-store to get the price match and get delivered or do they price match over the phone for online purchase?
@The Krat0s: I think JB will match the price plus delivery, just like Officeworks does. Normally, JB only do price match in store.
