Excellent game. I picked up the season pass for PC at 50% off and enjoyed Episode 1 for anyone on the fence about DLC.
How long is the dlc?
about 4-5 hours for the 1st DLC, 2nd one hasn't been released yet.

What does it mean season pass?

For Control, this 'Season Pass' includes the current and future DLC expansion (the first expansion has already been released and the other is coming later this year). Yes you will also need the base game and no the season pass will not expire. Hope this helps :)
