      I bought a pair of these (https://www.rivers.com.au/brands-75377/botany-pu-boot-lace-u…) from an OzBargain deal last year for around the same price. I had very low expectations but they've held up surprisingly well. That one was synthetic leather too whereas the current deal seems to be real leather.

      Thanks OP, looks like I can stay within my $15 shoewear budget again this year.

        Same, wearing them now in fact. I look forward to returning them in 8 months when they're falling apart and getting a full refund like I did with my last similar pair.

      I've had inconsistent results with them. Still have a pair of leather military-style boots from them that have held up fine other than some uneven wear on the sole (though I think that's due to how I walk), though I haven't worn them every day. But I had a pair of leather dress shoes for work that lasted something like 4 or so months before falling apart (5 days a week wear, fair amount of walking).

          they seem good for the price, i would still pay 50 for them , but not 100+ . its for a wide foot and the top ankle part is pretty wide too if you have big legs or a bigger guy

      The stock has been hit and miss since I posted the deal. Sometimes it'll show as sold out, then magically 30 mins later there is more stock
