Codes change every day of the promotion (Mon-Thurs weekly, until Menulog stops) and there are multiple codes, so check the "For You" tab on the Menulog app or offers webpage.
A little tip: I have found that the "For You" section doesn't load if you have AdGuard enabled on your smartphone.

Has anybody faced the same issue as me? I tried to order Roll'd with my 3rd account but when I reached the checkout page it says that 10% discount is only valid for first time customer. I tried changing my browser, name or phone number but it doesn't work.

  Whenever that has happened to me, I just hit the "dismiss" button or whatever pops up, and I can then proceed with the order. I have only ever seen that message the second time I have ordered from a place that offers a first-time discount though.

For some reason I got payment declined on all orders today, worked two days ago just fine.

It's not my card either, tried both of my cards. They have >4c in each account.

Tried the exact same order I did for 4c two days ago and it still doesn't work. Tried on PC and mobile and In my browser app. Ended up not getting anything today.

Might make a new account just to see if my account got flagged for some reason…

        @adamiscoolization: Do you have online banking? There’s a way to do an auto authorisation using your mobile every time you shop online. You get some text with a code. That way you don’t get blocked doing multiple small transactions.
        I spoke to the bank they said small transaction get marked as fraud sometimes and your card gets blocked.

        @Jumpup: Unfortunately, my bank (and possibly @adamiscoolization's) is stuck in the 90's and just blocks the card outright for any little transaction it deems suspicious.

        @itsfree: Oh I see! You can get the prepaid Coles master cards for menulog. I use them for my menu log accounts, but doesn’t work on Uber.

        @Craze: I had refund from Ali express on my prepaid card and it has gone back on as a credit.
        Give it couple of days and you can log on to check your transactions on prepaid Coles master card website.

        Contacted them and they said did you get a verification code and I told them yes I got it and entered it in but it still failed. They're still sorting it now…

I'm having the same issue despite having ordered a delivery half an hour ago. No issue with the credit card. Now all my orders are 'declined' - tried a couple of different restaurants as well a different credit card but no luck.

        @frangipane: I discovered that it's to do with Menulog itself. They advised me it doesn't allow more than one promotion, e.g. first purchase 15% off + happy hour.
        
        Although it did work for me once, they said that's not intended, i.e a bug

    This includes clothing and footwear stores and food courts, but shopping centres will remain open for permitted retail.
    
    My coffee place is in a food court at Chadstone shopping centre so it seems to be shut :(
