So reading your "Limited Lifetime Warranty" all it says is exactly what I'm entitled through my consumer guarantees. So not sure what you're offering here which is special. You don't even mention how long a "Lifetime" is, you very much avoid this, as "nothing lasts forever".

    https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guaranteesโ€ฆ

    From your warranty page

"If any of our equipment fails due to workmanship, weโ€™ll repair or replace it.

If there is a product defect (itโ€™s extremely rare, but it can happen) weโ€™ll replace it.

If an item fails due to normal wear and tear, weโ€™ll cost out the repair and give you some options. In a lot of cases, the most sensible solution is a decent credit towards the purchase of a new item."

    "What Does Limited Lifetime Mean?
We stand by our equipment, we trust it and have designed it to last.

However, we recognise that nothing lasts forever. That said, our products should last for their intended purpose for a duration that exceeds most other brands.

Think of it like this. If a seam suddenly breaks open or a zipper fails on your pack, we will sort it out.

Just be mindful though, it doesnโ€™t cover wear & tear. Things like โ€œdamage in transitโ€ by baggage handlers or airport conveyor belts. Storm/wind damage that breaks a tent pole (when above and beyond the tents rating). Holes in tent floor due to a rock or stick poking through. Or that the product has just worn out through excessive use, itโ€™s reached the end of its life."

    • @TThomas, thanks for taking the time to review things thoroughly ๐Ÿ‘Š. Field equipment is our speciality, not legal jargon. If you have seen a better-worded warranty that you believe covers more for a similar pack(s), please link it below and our team will look to see if we can offer you and the community something similar.

When the product breaks itโ€™s life is over and thus the warranty. Simples.

Are you buying a backpack or preparing for a law case?

I can't think of too many companies that can offer an unconditional lifetime warranty on their products and not go broke.

Personally, if I am going to pay a premium price for a product, I will check out the products reputation to ensure I am getting good value for money.
