Sony Ericsson T250i Prepaid for $49 on Virgin Mobile, with $5 $10 Free to V credit included!!!

40

Virgin Mobile is selling this phone for $49. Thats' $49 for the phone, with $5 or $10 of credit thrown in.

Not quite as good as the deal the other week, but still, it's a deal :)

Here's the other deal for possibly more details. :)

Note 23 July 2008: Deal details updated. Credit thrown in has been increased from $5 to $10.
Note 24 July 2008: Deal details updated. Some confusion. At least one of their banner adverts on the site, shows the phone available with $10 credit thrown in, but when you click the link, it says "all prepaid phones include $5 credit" :S

Aside: I do not work for Virgin etc. I am a customer of Virgin Mobile's, looking at phones and plans at the moment.

  • Really can't beat what we had a few weeks ago

    • I know! …

Though, having said that … if Virgin is reading this … I'd REALLY welcome them trying to beat the earlier offer … :) :) :)

Especially, maybe … as a reward to existing customers who've been with them for a couple of years … :) :) :) (they can give it to friends … who then buy prepaid … )

  • Bought the DCU-60 data cable and tried to unlock it, but to no avail. There is a software that could unlock this phone, but only using the COM port and you'll need the RJ45 J100 unlock cable.

Perhaps those that have bought this phone wanna chip in a buy a cable so that we can take turns at unlocking our phones? ;)

    • thats cool idea, i am in :-)

  • I picked one up for $29 last month thanks to the great folks on this site…

For $49 Vodafone have the SE Z310i (Target/Kmart) which has a 1.3 mpx camera… Much better value IMO

    • oziboi - you may want to list this as a deal in its own right

  • Oziboi, I second what OzPete said about listing that as a separate deal :)
Let's more people see it, puts you in 2 draws for up to $20, … :)

It might be a better deal for some … but not for me as most of my calls are to Virgin mobile phone users … :) :) :)

    (eg most of my family)

  • Note: They never cleaned things up. The banner is still there, still saying $10 included, but when you click on the link, it says sold out and $5 included with the prepay … :S
