I bought the first gen for 49 dollars 2 years ago, very light and comfortable

    • I had the first gen as well. I didn't like it much. Not comfy for me. Sound was good enough tho

A pop up on their site also said 10% discount on your order if you sign up for their newsletter.

    • That's right, Orac.

If you sign up, we have a discount code for you to grab an additional 10% off your order.

      Cheers!

  • any idea how good the sound is? In particular if you compare with Sony WI-C310.

    • I've personally tried both - as we used to have the C310s.
Both are decent value for what they are - I'd say these are more suited for physical activity but they also come with ear pieces that aren't for sport so you can use them while relaxing.

Sound quality is a bit more refined - the bass is a bit cleaner.

The JBL's, in my opinion, block sound out a bit better - I had them on medium volume and I couldn't hear the guys in the talking to me at a distance of 1.5 metres away.

      Hope that helps.

  • Has anyone bought from these guys before? Keen to know reliability. Thx

    • Hi Cloud68,

I'd say we're very reliable - but if you don't believe me, feel free to look up our reviews on Trust Pilot.

We've had a heap of OzBargainers shop on our site and we usually post our deals here first.

      Cheers!

  • Why it is not compatible with Android 10?

    • Hi casmxl,

I believe it has something to do with compatibility between different Bluetooth hardware in devices.
I can't tell you exactly what it is, be we have done thorough testing ourselves on 15 different devices and Android 10 seems to have an issue with it.

The headphones work seamlessly with iPhone and Mac devices. They're actually very good quality, bass is good, they also block noise out really well.

  • This not being compatible with Android makes no sense at all. Bluetooth is Bluetooth. I wonder if it's just their app or something. But if JBL is making earphones that only work with iOS, that's nuts - even airpods work with Android.
