i was refused price match because third party
Office works looks for Australian Stock- has any one been able to get a price match at all at office works?
not for Kogan, but I was able to match for these earbuds with Toby Deals' price. Over the phone to head office was a no, but when I went in store, the guy checked with his manager and got the all clear :-) got the blue plus buds for around $144 I think. happy to post receipt if needed

Just tried at box hill south OW they picked up not AU stock so was denied

I tried they didn't want a bar of it. They looked at the Dick Smith website on two different devices.
Really hope this deal is still going on in the morning. Going to head to Officeworks first thing.

@Rojohe: Try and match with Tobydeals first, and then if they don’t then try dick Smith and show the invoice of OP. Could get a bargain at sub $130

Spoke to the manager and mentioned TobyDeals and Dick Smith, he told me they are both grey importers therefore their Buds warranty aren't covered by Samsung Australia so he couldn't price match. Mentioned the receipt and he pretty much said it doesn't matter what other managers do.
I got my hopes as well up because the person at the counter told me they accept price matches from TobyDeals but she had to double check with the manager first..such a shame I didn't go in when the manager wasn't there.

There was a lot of humming and harring, and the person who sold it to me called it gross when I showed him the price on DickSmith but he did it. Also got extended warranty for $16.

At Officeworks Liverpool this got turned down using Tobydeals because it’s a grey import. Showed one of the above comments where this has worked but wasnt allowed to price beat or match. Left empty handed :(
My local Officeworks just flat-out refuses to price-match any of these online stores. I don't even try anymore.
It sold by a Third Party - Heybattery, which is HK Stock.
