got excited when i thought i read free monitor.

  • What's with all the monitor deals posted lately? Am I missing something?

  • Patiently waiting for a good 32" 4K monitor deal…

    • Do you find 4k at 27" the size is too small (without upscale) or do you sit a bit further away so 32 is better?

I'm considering either 27 or 32 myself (and was actually wanting this model).

      • Not OP, but having used both, I prefer the 32" as it does get difficult to read things on 27" without upscaling.
It did take a while to get accustomed to the size of the 32" but once I got used to it, I found that it works better for my needs - split screen 3 windows for work, and photo editing on the weekends.

      • 28” 4k is sweet, my desk is only 60cm deep, and i found 32” 1440p was too big and had to move head too often to look at left and right edges at that distance ……went with 28” 4k , love it.

        • I concur. Also 28" 4k at 60cm too. I can read ok at 100% scale. On an aoc 28 IPS screen. I forget the model number

  • Also want 32" 4K IPS monitor.

  • Damn. I was looking for one of these earlier this year as they apparently work very well with MacBooks, but nobody had stock. There were plenty of the I-series of 2790, which is a lower-quality panel and considerably cheaper, however the U-series were nowhere to be found. At that price I'd have bought two.
