I have been using cross action so far. Are these comparable in term of performance?

  • Nice!
    Thanks OP

      Yes

Paid $29.70 for this a few days ago. Was just shipped today. Any way I can return what I bought and get this instead?

    • +7

Just let it go I'd say, not worth the trip the post office.

      • +1

        Fair point

        • you'd be paying to return it anyway right? as it's a change of mind

    • +1

for a grand total of $41.98 to get the order over the free shipping threshold. saved a few bucks & dont need to buy TP or toothbrush heads for ages 🧐

  • Doesn't Costco have 10 pack for $26.99 when on sale?

    • +1

I think so, but not currently on sale. These are good for Melburnians living greater than a 5km radius outside Costco.

      but sold out now

      • Cool. Was just wondering what the fuss was.

I've been using the cheapo ones from ebay for a long time and have not had any fillings needed in years. Gums are good too. 9 out of 10 dentists do not recommend me as a profitable patient.

    • Be careful of the cheapo ones, their bristle ends may be of poorer quality and may cause long term damage to your teeth.

Out of Stock? Trying to add to cart - but no luck…

    • Also receiving an error when trying to add to cart.

  • +1

Damn. Old bristles it is for me.

    Sold out at price

    • …i just changed my old bristles for new with a spare set i had in celebration of obtaining the deal! let the good times roll…

What about the generic brand? Anyone has any feedback

    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07FM1V6DZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i…

    • According to Andrew C: "As good as the original but at a fraction of the price"

    • Can you find out if the bristles are end-rounded? If not you might cause damage according to some research funded by P&G.

      • I also like research into cancer causing agents funded by the tobacco companies.

  • +1

Damn, come back in stock, my teeth are going to rot now.

    • Available again (probably won't last long).

  • Isn't 23.99 a usualy price at Costco for this?

    • +1

Yes but you need membership. I think some people don't like deals from Costco because of this.

    • I thought that was a special once-a-year costco price.

  • Just bought one from Costco last week. The price is $28 for 10-pack (8 normal and 2 yellow floss).

    • +1

Even better, comes out as $2.8 each instead of $3 each if you buy from amazon.

  • What about these from eBay?

Edit: 4 X compatible Oral-B floss action heads for $5.99 with free shipping…

    • I have bought similar product from Kogan. It works but the quality is a big issue. From its brush quality and also the head movement is not smooth.

    • Can someone remove biscuits ozbargain licence. We don't buy none genuine on here.

  • Purchased. Thanks OP!

  • Showing $26.65 for subscribe and save for some reason.

    • Try a refresh, it can be a bit buggy. Still good here:

      Total: $26.65
      Promotion(s) Applied: -$2.67

      • I had a $50 credit, so perhaps in the end $2.67 was applied from the subscribe and save and the rest from the credit.

        • Ah yeah, most likely. In that case you just need to verify that under the order total it states:

          Qualifying offers:
          Subscribe & Save

If so, you should be all good.

  • …anyone elses toothbrush heads stuck in WA or just me?

  • Available again

  • I have a stock of about 100 heads as these go on special so often. Do I really need more?

Nevermind. I already have my answer. Ordered.

  • These Precision heads are my least favourite.

  • Will these fit the Pro 700?

    • Yes

      • cheers

  • How do I find out if this is compatible with my toothbrush? I bought it from Costco for my kid. I can see "Oral-B Braun Type 3757 CS9138N" "Type 3709" on it.

    • +1

These brush heads are "compatible with Oral-B rechargeable electric toothbrush handles, except for Oral-B sonic toothbrushes"

So unless you have a sonic toothbrush it will fit, looking at Google Type 3709 doesn't appear to be that, so it will be fine. It looks like you have one of the more basic Vitality style Brushes.

  • Any negatives in subing for the cheaper price and then unsubing straight after.

    • +1

No negative, I just wait until the item has shipped before unsubscribing, to be safe.

      • I'm just worried about my amazon prime membership being cancelled and becoming "Unfulfilled"

        • +1

Up to you, but I've done it a good 40 or 50 times on my Amazon account (prime). I just choose the reason that I've got enough of the product already.

I'd be happy to keep some subscriptions of products I buy reguarly if the price was locked in, but like 99% of OzBargainers I don't fancy subscribing to something where you don't know how much you will pay each time or if the subscription will be fulfilled (items out of stock all the time).

          • +1

@hamza23: Ah, so the price isn't fixed and fluctuates. That's important to know!

  • I'm seeing 8 pack as 29.80$. and no subscribe and save. anyone else?

    • Looks like it's sold out now sorry, that price you see is from a 3rd party seller.
