  Any idea if items purchased on the Marketplace counts? T&Cs does not explicitly say it's excluded/included. Understanding is that it should be ok based on the below?

  anyone know how long until points are credited on flybuys account? i used 20x on a free trial on a big purchase so big points expected otherwise it kills my discount.

    I haven't got it either although it does say "Bonus points will be awarded up to 30 days from the time the promotion ends." so maybe by end of this month?

      they might draw out the points transfer right to 30 days after the item has been shipped or delivered. that way from ordering it's > 30 days so they want you to renew club catch trials. otherwise for those cancelling they will say "oh on processing you weren't a catch member, therefore 10x points only".

      but i might be wrong which is why i asked here to see if anyone got theirs that ordered earlier on in the promotion.

      i suppose there might be manual verification somewhere as well to check people that exploit the system of trials (like me for example)

      I got the normal and the “linked member bonus” extra point about 2 weeks after ordering but not the 20x points.

      Problem with flybuys you have to call them during business hours as they have no email contact. Annoying.

      I emailed Catch re not getting the x20 points but haven't had a reply yet.

  I spoke to Catch about not getting my x20 points, they didn't want to know about it and referred me to Flybuys.

  I spoke to Flybuys who responded with:

  "Please be advised that bonus points for Catch promotions are awarded to members accounts four weeks after the promotions end date, as per the Terms and Conditions.
  If you have not received the points after this time, we will contact you."

  Promotion ended on 1st Sept(?) so we should expect points by the 30th Sept.
