  FYI Ive got 2 of these with Samsung evo 860 and the transfer rates are slow 11mbps its the same on both it seems the in enclosures are the issue i didn't send then back as i had to pay for shipping not worth it .

    I don't recall having issues with mine. But I don't take notice of transfer speeds. What are you transferring that would see those speeds?

      Just transferring files music,pics etc from pc to enclosure for backup . pc has ssd also

        Ive got four of these and they all do typical 100mb sec as per typical usb3 speeds.

        BUT these were like $12 for 2 prior to covid??

    Depends on the files you're copying and their sizes, e.g. one big file several gigs or hundreds of small files at a few megs each. I've done OS clones with these in DRAMless SSDs and achieved over 100mb/s.

    Mine slows down to like 800kb/s transfer speed and ultimately disconnects. I have to unplug it first to be able to use it again.

  i have two of these.

  OS wont boot from them. it's' the only enclosure that does it

  Why is it that images with a lightning connector often show no contacts on the lightning connector? All the Baseus lightning cables are shown with no contacts, and I've seen this on many other internet sites too.
