    • Makes no difference. I still can't get through checkout, and they're charging me $18 postage on an order that qualifies for free postage. You should rethink your affiliation with them. Dodgy baiting practices by Petstock who can't provide a product/price they have advertised.

        I finally put an order with Petstock. Are you sure it will be tracked? I haven't even received an order confirmation from them.

      Yup, and Petstock are telling me it's my user error because I haven't cleared my cache/cookies. Sure, blame the user and not your own poor performing infrastructure.

    God damm Iconic didn't track right away, normally a bad sign!

    I've had such bad luck recently, iHerb didn't track with CR.

    It's shit when it's 20-25% off, because you don't know if they'll accept it and the returns policy ends way before the Cashback clearance.

    I think I'll give up using both services soon, unless I see some major reform on how the Click through is calculated.

      • CR is a 7 day wait alone, then up to 4 days to hear back.

        Shopback have always been good to me, but it's a huge risk when risking $30-40 CashBack if the Business does not accept the claim.

        I'm just done with it, the Click counted and that should be enough to warrant the claim and accepted.

        • same here, Shopback has generally been good to me too. but they always have problems tracking Iconic. I made a big purchase just because of this flash promo. would be pissed if i missed out

      Same problem here. I created an account with Shopback for this deal specifically and am really hoping it tracks soon.

      Double checked and I had no ad blocker installed as well so not sure what the issue is.

      • I received an email from ShopBack about 4 hours after placing my order with the cashback amount. Just checked my account, the "Available By" date isn't until the 4 November.

        • Not at the time, but I was sent an email later. They allow two days then you can report the transaction with evidence. When I've done this they've (so far) always honored it.

      Same - The Iconic seems to be particularly buggy on ShopBack for me; this also happened to me the last time there was a cashback flash deal. t's pretty frustrating when you make a purchase because of the cashback!

    • In the same boat, made a purchase at The Iconic and hasn't tracked. It seems to only happen when it is flash sales with increased cash backs. My previous flash sale purchases at lululemon and iherb didn't track either. Non flash sale purchases from the same stores will track fine. The clicks are registered but when I put a claim in and provide all the proof, the generic answer I get back is the store has not deemed the purchase eligible. I don't do anything different with flash sale purchases and non flash sale purchases, it's pretty disappointing because it just seems like they don't want to approve the big offers.

    Well, gotta say as someone new to PetStock, it was a pretty crappy first impression. Gave up after 120 minutes of trying to check out, so unlikely that I'll shop there again regardless of the discounts.

    FINALLY was able to purchase from petbarn after almost four hours of trying. i will be so mad if it doesn't track (used the app).

    The PETstock website is amateurish at best. I stopped dealing with them a while back when their Autoship went haywire and I kept getting messages every three or four days notifying me they were sending yet ANOTHER box of dog biscuits (instead of the 12 weekly delivery requested). I got really fed up having to ring them up every few days to try to sort out THEIR problem.

    Thought I'd give them another try with this discount, but today's debacle has done nothing but reinforce my impression of them. Will just pass in future and stick with the companies that provide great prices everyday, trouble free ordering, and prompt delivery.

    For those who haven't managed to get an order into PETstock … … thank your lucky stars!!!!!!

    I finally managed to get an order in after nearly 2 hours of stuffing about. PETstock advertise 15 minute Click and Collect. I arrived at my "local" PETstock (a 20 minute drive away) almost four hours after placing my order, and guess what - the order doesn't show on their dodgy computer system. Despite having the printed Petstock receipt showing order number, the bank account record showing the payment made to PETstock, and even logging on to my PETstock account to show the store manager the order details ON THEIR SYSTEM, they refused to let me have the goods I paid for. She was unwilling to do ANYTHING to try to resolve the problem until I made a significant fuss. Even then it took around 20 minutes before the manager made a call to head office who confirmed the order in a matter of seconds.

    Years ago this was a great business here in SA - stores owned and run by a family who were into true "customer service". Its grown too big and they have simply lost the plot.

    What faith do I have that the transaction tracked and that cashback will eventuate down the track??? Zip! As has been suggested above, perhaps these guys aren't such a great partner for Shopback. The whole episode has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and some of that rubs off on Shopback.

  • How the heck does this brand cash thing work? Do you have to sign up to a separate membership or does having an online account mean you are also signed up to reward program?

    Finally managed to place an order but I don't see any reward dollars accrued on my account nor is it memtioned anywhere on the order confirmation email.

      • no, I'm asking about brand cashback, which is earned through Petstock's reward program.

      Theres a difference between pet stock dollars and brand cash.

      • yes but you earn it as a reward program member either way. my question is why I can't see any brand cash after my purchase.

        • I had the same yesterday and this morning, but it's fixed now. The brand rewards normally automatically appears at checkout.

  • I’m a long time user of Cashrewards but thought I would give this service a go following this deal. My claim was rejected after a lengthy waiting period even after sending though my invoice from The Iconic (similar story to other users).

    Definitely avoid this company in future and stick with Cashrewards!
