So 10% either way or full on cashback regardless of how much of the order paid via gift card? (not including fully paid with gift card)

In your example for a $350 item funded by $300 worth gift cards, $50 is leftover after redeeming these gift cards. Thus cashback only applies to the remaining $50 amount.
Hi rep, I bought a rug on Catch just now and partially paid with gift cards. The balance of payment was $33.95 which I paid with credit card. My cashback has tracked but it’s only $0.36. Doesn’t seem correct?

Second this. Bought the 6S Pro for $899 (I know it was $849 awhile ago) and go $204.32 cashback.
For some reason I was getting an error when purchasing the 6s pro and by the time I contacted them, it went out of stock. I doubt they had many in stock.
Looking at Pet Stock Black Hawk dog food the best 20kg price is $135 so with 20% cashback is $108 with free delivery.
Jumbo Pets have the same dog food for $99 with free delivery.
There's $20 Cap so even worse @ Petstock for some items.
Maybe I'm going mad but I've had my eye on a number of backpacks at The Iconic for months and all of them have been pulled. When I go to men's backpacks they only have 21 available where as at the start of this week they had a couple of hundred.

Only some items are in the afterpay discount. All the popular stuff isn't but will still quality for 25% cashback.

I think it's just a sale coordinated by Afterpay for advertising purposes. From what I understand you can use your preferred payment method.

It's so confusing, I have already activated shopback at the start of my shop. the plugin button was green all this while. I didn't pay attention to it afterwards until I was paying. When the payment was processing I noticed the plugin button turned red…

@theebargainer: Print the returns form and send back in the same bag. That's all I think. Pretty easy and they refund to your bank acc.

I made my purchase at The Iconic at about 11:30am and I got the email confirmation of the cashback amount at about 12:15pm. Note that the cashback seems to be on the price excluding GST, so cashback works out to be like 23% once you factor in GST.

Interesting that the time on the invoice shows 9:48am.
Nothing showed that it had been tracked by ShopBack after the purchase and I won't know for a couple of days if it worked.

@chrisie: Just picked up the order. Can't fault their turnaround on orders. Got the "ready for pickup" notification 20 mins after placing the order. Fingers crossed ShopBack have it sorted. The API Freshwater Master test kit is currently $45 (-40%) with 20% cashback works out to $36. Cheapest I've seen them on eBay is around $60. Pickup only and probably only one in stock per store, but worth investigating as most stores near me showed stock. Website is slow but Chrome worked for me.
