You could saw them, but if you don't know what you're doing, the end result probably wouldn't look pretty, and you would probably have to do each side so it doesn't look too awkard. What size is your window? If there's not too much difference, you could outside mount the blind instead.
You can do it with the aluminium ones with the cutting tool, but they don't look very good at the quality is not that great either.
Can the sizes (width) be altered to fit other windows sizes (buy one size larger) ?
