Not the cheapest if you want a dremel 4000 kit. Personally wish I got the 4/50 kit at $149 earlier in the year. Still not bad at this price.

This Dremel kit includes the high performance 4000 multi-tool with the new EZ twist nose cap. This means no wrench is needed anymore when changing accessories.       I was looking at these the other day, and wondered the same thing. Blackwoods have the 4000 for $199 delivered, if that helps.

            @nhutty: The only difference I could find was that the 4300 has a light in front .. could be an updated version of the 4000

            @nhutty: Dremel 4000 has a 1.6 Amp motor and smaller, The Dremel 4300 is bigger with a more powerful motor of about 1.8 amp
