  • think there is laws against importing this product

Well you had better let customs know . I have ordered quite a few of these (not exactly , but samo samo) and customs have let them pass after having inspected the parcel . They actually leave a card in the package letting you know they have inspected it and there is nothing illegal within . My understanding is that it is legal to sell the cigerettes but illegal to sell the nicotine juice within Australia . But it is legal to import juice for personal use . Anyone having flashbacks to pulp fiction ?
I've been smoking these for 18months now and am loving it . Nicotine doesn't give you cancer it's all the other crap in cancer sticks . Just got home from a 70km ride , before e-cigs I was battling to make it around the block without my lungs feeling like they were on fire .
Having said that I wouldn't bother with these little e-cigs as they are a pain to use but I guess for a few sheckles it might be considered a taster for better e-cigs .

      • Thanks for your reply Troy. some very good info in your post

      which law?

  • That's really cheap… even sites like Deal Extreme charge around $6-8 for their absolute shitters.

  • I'm seriously worried about what companies put on the refills. These actually might kill you faster than cigarettes!

  • the Wii remotes I bought from you guys from last sale are USED, DIRTY, BROKEN!
if you don't want to honour the sale price, don't advertise!

I will not buy from you again!

  • just ordered 2 for friends of mine. i've seen these from a friend who came back from malaysia, and there pretty cool as a novelty thing :)

    thanks op!

  • I like the idea and the fact that I can theoretically smoke indoors because they don't release smoke. Sure to raise a few strange looks at my local library or shopping mall, lol.

  • These don't have nicotine and only water vapour.

So the same results could be achieved in the shower?

    • It does have nicotine and delivered via water vapour rather than smoke..

I use electronic cigarettes, I haven't smoked a real cig for 6 months.

    These ones are absolute crap.

There are quality products available at a fair price but this isn't it. Anyone seeking information on vaporizers/electronic cigarettes should educate themselves via ECF, the international E-Cigarette Forum, or Aussievapers.

Ecigs are not illegal in Australia, but this product states on the box that it's "good for health", which is absolute rubbish and contravenes Australian law. Vaporizers have had an incredible benefit to me personally, but false statements like this upset me because they will only lead to the banning of all ecig products, not just the dodgy ones.

    • i'm interested, care to elaborate on something that's worthwhile buying and what to get for a starter?

      • There are dozens of different types of e-cigs . Personally I like the "ego" mega type B e-cigs . Others like the t Tank types but I think they lack flavour . There are a lot of Ego type knockoffs which are unreliable crap . I tried a cheaper Ego+ variant because they were a bit cheaper but they turned out to be utter rubbish so I stick to the ridgy didge ones from healthcabin.com now . As for flavours your best just to try a few and see what you like for yourself but grape seems to agree with everyone I know that has tried it . Expect to pay about $80 with delivery for a decent set up with some juice .
        Hope this helps .

    • For $2.90 I can hardly complain.

  • Ok, I bought a set of e-ciggs. Have always been after this as a bit of a novelty thing, even though I don't smoke anymore. Hopefully Customs won't stuff me around and I get them safe and sound.

  • Warning, these are not neccesarily better for you than regular cigarettes: http://www.ecigarettenews.info/nicotine-replacement-therapy-…

I imagine this is especially true of cheap chinese knock off versions.

    • I think the general consensus is that all smoking in any form is bad for you period. I've smoked rollies, tailors, water pipes, cigars, etc. No one wants to get cancer.

      • +2

No one wants to get cancer, eh? You learn something new every day.

        • lol, I mean smoking is an enjoyable activity but the health risks outweigh it. If there was a completely harmless way to smoke then I would do it everyday.

        • +1

All you're doing is opening your body up to a new and exciting range of toxins by using these things. You could be more likely to get cancer as a result, and you won't be getting the enjoyable smoking experience.

    Big negative because…

    a) Suppliers in this country don't advertise (except on ecig specific sites)
    b) They are not an approved smoking cessation device so any claims of such will result in legal action (if you're in this country)
    c) They don't belong under a health category which is where that website has them nor should they have health on the packaging
    d) No restriction on that site for under 18's
    e) "No cancerous substances" which either means they're lying or they don't contain nicotine.

That said they are a brilliant smoking cessation device and appear to be MUCH less harmful than smoking tobacco but are still only less harmful, not harmless. Real ones are as good if not better than smoking (taste, ease of use and cost) and even the heaviest smokers really can quit using these but bother to do the research and buy a decent kit. No links, just google for an ecig forum.

  • I use electronic Cigs also but wouldn't recommend this one. In saying that it is a good price for anyone looking at purchasing this brand, seen the exact Kit in the corner store up the road today and they wanted $25 for the kit. Also with the comment about Customs I have also had my order checked by customs and all was okay.

  • I've been using an Ego brand electronic cigarette for a while and it's awesome. Bought it on ioffer for about $60. Very nicely designed and works well.

I'm not sure if these cheap cigarettes are the same quality.

I'm been vaping at my desk for a few weeks now, and no one at the office cares any more.

  • damns

i just ordered one of these

    hope they come

  • so i finally received these

    they taste like crap

and the bud part is not tightly on the other part so the air doesn't suck up properly. not getting a decent smoke out of these.

    arghhhh

even worst than the beautiful taste and feeling of tobacco hehe

    • Cheap & Nasty. I got mine too but packaged it as an xmas gift for dad. Even if they suck you can walk around a public place like a jerk sucking on your plastic cigarette like you don't give a crap that it's 2011 and there are smoking bans in effect. Play some MC Hammer's "Can't touch this!" whilst you waltz around the hood!

    • They are crap $2.90 worth of crap.
