      the items I received though seal was broken was in its original box. Likely for when they put the adaptor in it. Might I add the wrong type though.

    I have purchased this product from them recently paying priority postage, 3 weeks later they send out my order and still waiting for my order. Their slow in responding to emails. If your not in a hurry then go for gold but judging from comments hopefully it's a new vaccum that I'm receiving

    Do not buy from these guys! Extremely poor customer service. Will not respond to emails. These guys are a nightmare to deal with. Order products at the start of the month that I still haven't received. Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys

    Doesn’t lithium batteries need some sort of clearance to ship(by air, assumption not surface mail) and not all logistics companies can ship it?

        So my two dreame v11 arrived this morning but since I was busy working. Only just had time now to unpack them. Charging the vacuum now.

        Everything looks like its all there. Except the powerpack is round plug which would have been OK if the adapter that was put in the box matched it. Which it did not. Luckily my folks had the right plug adapter.

    I ordered by Dreame v11 for $369 at TobyDealsAu on the 21/Sep/20 (5% off day) and now after three weeks, the order has not progressed past "Processing". I trusted TobyDeals, as I had previously purchased things from them before without issue.They took 3 days to reply to my customer service request and even then, they responded with a generic cut/paste job that didn't actually reply to anything specific in my message.

    I have requested a refund.
