Bosch EasyAquatak 100 Pressure Washer - 1450 PSI $56.94 Shipped @ Supercheap Auto eBay

400

Saw this post by gimme, looks like there are more than 10 available. The hose and cable are too short (3m each), but it seems very lightweight and you can buy 6m hose extension for $28.

  • Are these powerful enough to run car washing snow guns proficiently (which often quote 1400psi as the minimum operating pressure?)

    • I was just going to ask the very same.

      • It’s in the box.

        https://youtu.be/ZnbWEVhnQsM

        • Thanks for that. The only thing is, the foam was pretty crap quality. I wonder if that's down to the unit, the foam-maker or the detergent used?

    • +1

I think the litre/min (>7-8) is more important. Maybe someone can correct me.

    • It doesn't appear like it would even be compatible with the snow lance cannon attachments.

    • Tech data says 1450 psi max, and ~971 psi rated pressure with flow rate 4.8 l/min. The gun looks incompatible with snow cannon, and the included detergent nozzle does not look like it can do thick snow, more like soapy water spray. See this video https://youtu.be/MtnGFXm9Bl4

      • you'd get better flow and pressure from your garden hose lol

Any code to bring the price down?

      How about DONTBUY?

      • 30 minutes in, DONTBUY 1,2,3,4, etc.. Not working

    Any good for washing dishes?

  • Saw this last night, passed as they seem like they're crap

    • That must have really hurt, passing that crap.

    good price

  • This https://www.bunnings.com.au/homelite-1400w-1450psi-pressure-… for $48 with 5m hose + eBay foam cannon and Bowden's Own Snow Job = foam as good as any other higher end setup I've seen demonstrated on youtube. I've used the pressure washer for about 25 car cleans so far and still works, so hitting under $2 per clean and falling. Trick is on the foam cannon to turn the flow rate all the way off which means less water from the pressure washer and more foam used, but you can get 2 foam jobs from a 1 litre cannon mix if you are efficient, which is 50ml of snow job foam per wash.

    • Got a link to your videos and cannon?

      • No, I am saying it is as good as other higher-end setups I have seen on youtube.

    • How much for the foam cannon?

      • ~$20

        • Any one in particular?

Don't want to buy a foam cannon and find out I need a different adaptor.

Not sure why people bought the Bosch one over the Bunnings one

Is the included foam maker any good?

          • @TEER3X: No, the included ones with these pressure washers are useless.

    • Interested in the video too before getting one :)

    • Might look into this! Never heard of that foaming product..sooooo expensive! Do you still do a full was after this or is the foaming enough for most cars?

      • Yes still need to wash after, unless you only have a very light amount of surface dust that is easily removed with foam and pressure washer.

    Got 1. Thanks op

LOL at the person who bought 6 of these.

  • Any good for general outdoor cleaning balcony windows etc?

  • only early birds caught the worms!

    • +3

This 'deal' has been on eBay for days

      • early birds…once posted on OzB… gets the worms.

Great unit, I use it in my business. Comes with an attachment for Karcher accessories so many foam cannons will fit. Main pros are small its small and compact, not too loud and still packs a punch. As someone else has said, you may want to invest in the longer hose, but it is not expensive at all.

    • +2

Extension hose is $28, add that to $57 makes it $85 for a mediocre pressure washer.

Bunnings has their pressure washer with 6m hose included for $48. Much better deal

      • I assume the extension will also reduce pressure. This is not for a serious pressure wash user.

  • Bought one of these last time it was on sale, does a good job of washing the car and doesn't take up much space on the shelf.

    dammit.

    • It's still available?

Some reviews, and even watching the video.

    Terrible and Regretful Purchase
Bought it and immediately regretted the purchase. My tap has more pressure than the pressure washer.

  • Available again

  • The $100 stanley 2500psi is also back in stock, but after reading some reviews can't be bothered with the returning procedure….

  • Just received a message saying that they couldn't fulfill my order :(
