    Is anyone having issues with changing the date/time for their delivery? I’m currently getting a “ HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request“ error after selecting a new date/time. Called up their customer support but they won’t help as I’ve placed my order via eBay

      I have had problems with Coles eBay and Coles online support is able to message them but cannot resolve issues. I got the issues resolved by contacting them direct via eBay messaging to supplier. One time the issue was exactly the same as yours, they intimated that it as not possible to cahnge the time and that the email link to do so was sent in error. I said I had been doing it for months. They had scheduled me for 4 am. delivery and said that was acceptable as it was contactless. I said that it was not safe as my front door can be seen from the street and secondly that as I had ice cream in the order it would melt by the time I got up. They then changed it to 9 am. plus delivery. Do it now as they seem to close on the weekend.

            @Yola: Managed to get my delivery date/time changed in the end. Looked like there was an error with Coles systems
