      Hi dangerdanger,

      We source our products from authorised wholesellers of the brand unlike most of your eBay sellers.

      So if a fountain pen purchased from us doesn’t work we are happy to replace it.

      Not sure if eBay offers the same.

      Anyways we try to keep our prices as low as possible.

      Thanks for your feedback though. At the moment we don’t have that kind of pull to negotiate better prices with the wholesellers.

    Hi Spackbase,

    Thanks for pointing that out about the previous code. I’d kept it open for email subscribers as not all that were given the code had have had a chance to use it. So just trying to honor discounts to customers I have a relationship with. I’ve fixed that now though so it’s only open for my old subscribers.

    Reason for a 10% discount instead of 15% is that I’ve dropped some of my prices with about 10% such as for the LAMY 2000. We are now also offering free shipping on orders $60 and over.

    Just starting out my business so just trying to figure out things. Appreciate your comments and suggestions though. Great feedback!
