Don't know if this is a bargain but looks decent at the price…
Also, I am prime user so it is free delivery for me. Not sure if this is the case for non-prime users.

Was $9 cheaper earlier today from the eBay deal, but all sold out now. This is probably the next cheapest though.
And yeah it's over $39 so people without Prime get free shipping too.

  • Good price for one for about the same price a few months ago when they were a lot more, they went very quick.

Mind you got a wd blue for, 155$, not sure if it's worth changing my OS over to that one or not.

  • It’s not a bad price, but I did pick this up for under $100 a month ago so I’d be holding out unless you need it now.

    • Which capacity did you get? There was a sub-$100 price error from Austin Computers (via Amazon) a couple of weeks ago, but otherwise I don't think the 1TB has been under $100. I got one for $130 in July 2019 and we're only just seeing it return to that kind of pricing now.

Ah I didn’t realise it was a price error. It was the 1TB so I’ll call it a bit of luck :p

    • yes not bad price

  • Please Help , I have the alienware 15r3 , i want ot buy new ssd harddrive ,is this will work with mine since mine only 128 gb ssd

  • I want to use something like this in a enclosure as a portable scratch drive for transferring and working on audio/video projects between my laptop and PC.

How well would this work. will this drive survive many writes?

    • This isn't the drive you want for sustained writes.

How fast are the drives on your laptop / pc, and what ports does it have?

If they are sata drives with only usb 3.0, no point in getting a nvme as the bottle neck would be else where.

  • Now $137.00

  • 1TB getting cheaper by the day 😃👍
