no bargain anything that got $0 price + higher shipping freight from me, when you lost your item, you get nothing. no refund as well. neg vote for me.

that's a very clever way of them to sell items without warranty

    • when you lost your item, you get nothing. no refund as well

What a silly comment. If you don't receive the item, you get a refund of the full invoice value.

When you buy online, don't you use a safe payment method that covers you against loss?

while I agree that if item was lost in transit, they would refund you the entire amount but who is to say they will refund the cost of full invoice value if it is faulty. Since the invoice states $0.00 as the cost of the item + shipping, I'm sure shipping is never refunded in most cases

      • do i have to repeat my comment to you again? it happen to me before, this is a loophole that seller use to trick the customer.

Always read the term and conditions and check the policy number 11 below!!!! they are not stupid, only stupid customer that got warning and still do it.

neg for me. coz, the shipping cost is too much, if you order this item and lost, they might return u only $1, as normally the merchant not giving you refund for shipping cost.

That is silly that you think that. If you use a safe payment method (eg: Credit Card or Paypal) then the retailer is forced to refund in full including shipping.

        reply votes report

      • Llama might be correct though. A credit card chargeback or a paypal claim bypasses the retailer and refund the full sum including shipping back to you. Or at least for me during bad eBay purchases.

        • what if a warranty is determined to be eligible for refund? You get $0.00 back, paypal only refunds till 45 days and not everyone has a credit card

        • nope mate, the seller can argue to paypal or credit card company if they have stated in their term and conditions. in my previous case, i didn't get refund for the shipping as paypal agree with the seller as the seller already stated in their term and condition, that's why i always said please read the term and condition. credit card company also most likely in the seller side if the seller already stated in their term and conditions.

  • guys, i just don't understand, it is stated in their term and condition, i understand most of you not read it. including myself in the past and it cost me money at that time. example, the RTA said do not cross the traffic light when the light is red, then you break the law then you get the ticket. and you still want the rta void your traffic infringement?

just my question to Llama, do you have real experience in the past where the item only cost you $0 or $1 then you pay higher shipping cost? then you didn't get the item and you claim to paypal or your credit card company and they refund your money? if you never have this experience, it is better you not make statement that give false information to other member that might think that your statement is correct.

    • Do you have a stop button?:p

it's just his way of warning people, he's been stung by them before so naturally he want everyone to know of their bad practices
