    Hmm, I've been able to near identical masks to these in packs of 50 for ~$15 on ebay since the beginning of the pandemic, I noticed a lot of places raised the price a lot when masks became mandatory in Melb

      He had paid $14 per pack and that's without shipping factored in. For some of them he paid even more when there was more demand, hence the RRP of $35.

    Mine arrived, nothing like the item pictured, no ASTM rating, not AMO brand. Bait and switch? The ones I received are shitty and are not in any way what I thought I was buying.

      Same with mine….My box shows 'Zhongxin (Fujian) Medical Technology Co., Ltd' [3 PLY DISPOSABLE MASK - Sub Heading]

      Also has a tiny little piece of paper inside thats barely readable, in a mix of Chinese / English, titled 'Certication'.

      Side of box shows: [EXECUTIVE STANDARD] GB/T32610-2016

      Seems like the old Bait n Switch….

      I've seen worse quality masks i guess : /

    Lol. I'm surprised you're surprised. Certification and quality claims on many - probably most - cheap Chinese products are total bs. A quick google will show they have a propensity for ignoring patent laws and making poor-quality fakes of brand-name products. Such dishonesty is rife in car and electrical parts. As I suggested above, caveat emptor. Wonder how many of the 10 naive neggers above actually bought these "ASTM Level 3" masks.
