My order for this phone (previous deal from around 20/8) was 'on hold' for days, but left Heathrow on 7 Sep and has since has been to Leipzig and Amsterdam and is currently 'Customs status updated' in Perth as of this morning.
Interestingly, I just received 2 emails from Amazon moments after I logged in to cancel my Prime membership this evening to say "Your package is still on the way, but it may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and we’ll get your package to you as soon as we possibly can."
Warning!!! I too have not been sent my last order. Also have got zero explanation. I will be cancelling my order for a refund.
Amazon does not withdraw money until the items been dispatched.
That's what I thought too but money was taken about a week ago but received no notification of shipment sent… Just logged in now and order says 'Preparing for Shipment' which I suppose is something at least.
I'm not even getting that and it's been 3 weeks

Update: Been emailing them. They said item was in stock but I had to cancel original order and reorder as 'it's stuck in the list of old batch of items that's no longer available'. I rejected this ridiculous proposal: I had ordered a phone, the phone was in stock, therefore they should send me the phone. Any juggling of order numbers, batch numbers and accounting crap was their responsibility, not mine.You would think after online selling for over a decade they would have a professional way of managing these mistakes by now. Issue has been escalated.
'Pending transaction' entry on my card account as we speak. However, no email update from Amazon. Pretty sure this happened a week ago too which is why I thought they had taken my money in an earlier remark.
Dispatched. It shouldn't take the inconvenience of successive complaints to have an order fulfilled. They should proactively be on top of dispatch delays automatically.
I see on eBay there are 'AU' models. How is a UK Version different. Will I have any problems using this in Australia?
Negging this deal due to a major issue with this retailer Amazon UK for this product. Orders placed from August 20 onwards for Nokia 5.3 phones have not been shipped, mine included. Avoid! I notice this offer has quickly gone out of stock like the last deal did. In the last deal, the phones briefly were shown as back in stock, more orders taken then it went out of stock again and earlier orders are still not being fulfilled.
I've been checking the link since it was originally posted last month. It will come back in stock randomly from what I observed. Didn't end up buying when it did as it looked dubious.
