I think it is very good deal enjoy as its my first post.
Mod: OP is a store representative of PCCAUS.com
Data counted in 10Mb chunks. How can companies get away with that these days?
true. so if you're 1KB over, they'll count it as 10MB.
Please will people stop saying "My first post, please be a nice.. =)". There's an icon next to your name that indicates its your first post. Beyond that, you'll be judged on the merits of the deal.
FWIW I think it's a decent deal.
So true, edited out the PBN
Although last time I did this 4 clowns gave me a negative …. lets hope they are "nice to me " this time LOL
+4 votes so far. The key is to affix 'lol' to everything you say.
You forgot to LOL so unfortuantely I have to neg you
Gets a plus from me :)
Say NO to censorship!
So I had to neg you :-)
How long does the data last?
i guess the data will last for 30 days.
"Data is counted in 10MB increments and includes uploads and downloads" — This sucks.
5gb in 1day! Hahaha andget overcharge $1000 for data. LoL! Totals to $1019 per month
it's pre-paid. how do you get charged for excess on pre-paid?
No credit no data? Ie: stops working?
yes, no excess charge on prepaid
Well that's embarrassing…
What modem is this? A Huawei of some sort? Worth listing model to see if free or cheap unlock can be found online.
Looks like a Huawei 160E.

any idea how long the 5gb will last?
depend, how use it? web browsing only? almost never finish in 30days =)
I was referring to when expires, thanks for the reply tho:)
What's the expiry period on the 5GB data? 30 days? I couldn't find it on their, or Boost Mobiles website.
same item on eBay shows
'Includes 5GB (valid for 30 days from activation date)
Only available in Boost/Optus dual band (2100/900MHz) coverage areas'
Bought 4, for my neighbors too
At this price I'd be tempted to pick up a few as well but I still haven't even activated 2 of the Virgin modems I bought with 5Gb data a couple months ago from Coles.
You may have an illness.
Classic case of "OzBargainitis"
i would get it for the site didnt look so dodgy
Site is a mess.
No credit card, they redirect you to paypal, while sending an email saying not to pay until they add a 3% fee.
isn't it against paypal policy to charge a fee for using paypal?
I paid via my Paypal balance & it only took out $19, no extra fee….
Good price, assuming customer service and delivery is good.
Good find OP! and good first post.
Bettered by this if you don't need/want the modem & just after the data: 5GB with 45 day expiry, 1MB chunks, for $15.50 - courtesy of debo (nice find!) here:
Think I might invest or one or two of those on Thursday.
be aware of this pcc pccaus.com sales, my order was palced on 8th Nov but still haven't received anything yet.
placed order and takes 6 days to ship the order, very slow, not happy, now it's 8 days after the order been shipped, still haven't received anything yet,
Thanks @aboutconfig for reporting this post. Upon investigation OP (deal_hunter) appears to be affiliated with the store (PCCAUS.com), hence his comment here would sound like sockpuppeting.
Since this post has generated some discussions I'll leave it here.
I still haven't received anything since placed the order and paid on 8th Nov. Went to the local post office twice and nothing. This seller is scammer.
