    ps. Anyone wanting to lose fat, this will help you retain muscle and give you vitamins and minerals, but the only sure-fire way is to count calories (calories in:calories out).

    this stuff looks like it's good quality. how does it taste? if someone has links to all the nutrition details it would be great, too. Like fat content etc. This site only has the protein per serve.

          Serving size is 32g. So you get 20 serves from a tub and they recommend once or twice daily.
