This is actually something worthwhile in the latest eBay sale. Nespresso Australia don't appear to have jacked their prices and offer free delivery as well, and you don't even need to be an eBay Plus member.

    Actually, no, they aren't. The price being displayed on the Nespresso site is after the discount is applied, but the prices on their eBay store are the same as the discounted one. I tested this by adding a Next Solo to the basket on the Nespresso site, and at checkout it showed $249 with an $80 discount == $169. On the eBay store it's listed at $169 and the 20% discount can be applied to bring it down to $135.20.

      Yeah you are right. It's misleading.

      I bought one from HN and got cashback for the father's day sale, ended up paying $79 for the VertuoPlus.

      You can…Prior to purchasing it through eBay Nespresso store a few weeks back, I confirmed via chat on Nespresso Australian website that this particular unit is eligible for the $80 cash back promo.

    I think so, but I've only ever owned a Nespresso machine. My in-laws had the Aldi machine and I didn't like their coffee. Just my 2¢ worth.

  As per cashback discussion above, if you scroll further down to the description, it actually specifies:
  "Please note: This product is not eligible for the $80 Cash back Father’s Day Promotion" for this, and the Virtua Plus and Plus Deluxe models (maybe others too?)

  These don't use standard Nespresso pods either, btw. … I haven't watched Nespresso pricing to say if these are good

  Couple of things which will help you.
  Vertuo next is cheaper version of Vertuo Plus.I have both of them in my office, and coffee from Vertuo next is not even close to the Vertuo Plus with same capsule.I think that they did something with centrifugal system in Vertuo next, and coffee is not good as before.
  Vertuo Plus is making probably the best capsule coffee that you will ever try.
  We had pretty much all of capsule coffee makers before, and you cant compare Vertuo coffe with none of them, including normal Nesspreso machines.
  Vertuo capsules are around $1 each and you can only buy them from Nesspreso store or online.They coming in different sizes, so you can have mug of excellent coffee for $1 which is not bad.
  Vertuo machine cant use ordinary Nesspreso(small) capsules.
  Vertuo Plus machine has designer error and it will leak(at least 80% of them) after a year or so.Be prepare for that.
