Hi I was in JB hi-fi today @ JB Hi-Fi Noarlunga, South Australia they have Belong starter packs half price unsure if it's all JB Hi-Fi it just that one they told me offer runs out Monday 28-9-20

Plus I have been told belong have a $20 referral discount coupon code

    I thought you offered a $10 smaller 1G plan?

    We did, but as of 23 July Belongs $10 plan will no longer be available for new sign-ups.
    Once you've signed up, you'll be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month.

  there is no where to physically put the coupon code (Mod: Edited) in when I set up it up on the app or website what am I doing Wong ?

    Any one have any ideas? All I can find get simcard and it wants to send you a new one out and it lets you put in a code there but in all ready have one from JB Hi-Fi have they change it so you can't use referral from shop bought packs? .I did my own some months ago were no problem now I'm trying to do this one for my grandmother and my mum and dad and all seems to be different unless I am just not looking in the right place? I got as far as putting credit card details in but did not want to click confirm as I can't find a place for the coupon

    I am unsure what's going on
    dads phone it shows place for coupon code on set up all went well
    Mums phone there no place for coupon code and the whole app interface looks different even though the same version of the app a bit odd
    I called belong left a message they'll contact me back and said they will manually apply of the referral credit for me
    Will try my grandmothers phone tomorrow

    Let me if any one else has run in to this problem.
