Get $4,000 cashback when you refinance your home loan over $250,000 (LVR <80%).
Refinance applications for a home or investment loan submitted before 31 December 2020, and approved and funded by 29 January 2021. You must be a current resident of Victoria or the Australian Capital Territory to be eligible.

Variable rate with package around 2.84% p.a. and Fixed rate with package for 1 year at 2.09
This looks like a great deal for people already with Westpac & Co

        7 or 8 weeks at least I think. Just submitted/returned signed loan doc’s last week so probably got another few weeks before settlement.
        The guy I’ve been dealing with has been great though, pretty helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Just let down by Covid I suspect.

            @TheGreatBab: Yes, was given a possibility at a lower rate due to my LVR been 55% or around there, which would be disclosed at a later date.

                @TheGreatBab: Nope. Nothing. Couldn’t find it written in their terms so I think you’re safe if you intend on flipping quickly. But just double check when the $4k is given to you, it maybe a month after settlement I can’t quite remember.

    I've been with PeopleChoice for over 2 years now and have been very happy with their service. Like the fact that their call centre is available 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday (ACST) & 8.30am - 4.30pm Saturday (ACST). I've also been provided a Relationship Manager whom is my single point of contact for any enquiries.

      Just about to finish refinancing, been slow but friendly. Last few steps have been quicker to get everything done. Ended up with 2.49% basic variable. Transition costs <$500, so $3.5k in pocket. No complaints.
