This popular deal is back for only $4 more. Stock returns on 11 November so if you're willing to wait and don't need your PC to light up like a christmas tree then this is a solid option.

Sells for around $300 domestically or next best price I could find is $275ish from newegg US delivered to Aus.

Credit to the original post from a few weeks back. Posting seperately due to revised price (drop in AUD) and delayed delivery.

No longer. Back up to $369 for black

  • Crucial, BH5 , the search if you remember that far back 🙂

  • Its been this price for the last month or so.. i've even seen is as low as $223 :).. didn't buy it though cause i already have 32GB's of the same ram on my 3700X

  • I would have bought but people from the last deal (US) hadn't received it in a month, and I wasn't keen to risk not seeing this for at least 6 weeks.

    • I ordered mine on Sep 16, received on Sep 25. They came from Amazon UK.

      • That was quick! I ordered on Sep 18 and they have been sitting in Australia Post Global's warehouse in the UK "processing" since Sep 23…

  • Jumped on this a few days ago thanks to OZB, needed to go up to 32Gb with a Ryzen this RAM should hit the sweetspot.

    • Hoping it's still the sweet spot for Zen 3 which is about to be announced (early tomorrow morning). Too late to cancel my order now if it isn't as they just shipped it yesterday.

      • I'd imagine it will still be around the best spot, and if say 3800/4000mhz is better well that's still very expensive at reasonable latency too. I'm happily using a 3700X but perhaps next year zen3 will replace this CPU.

        • Yeah these kits are good overclockers anyway (budget B-Die). I'll be switching from Intel so I'm planning to buy a Zen 3 chip to go with an RTX 3070 or 3080.

          • @MiscOzB: Already got the RTX 3080! Must be one of the lucky ones. Zen2 system already performs great as a base.
