      it seems as though only some places have customer care which are open on the weekend

      it states on there website under shopping centres opening hours if they have one.

  just a note guys:

  1. Individual retailers are not required to accept Gift Cards for transactions under $20.

  so probably won't be able to get freebies with this..more like $10 off minimum $20 purchase

  I received mine within two minutes of 'buying'. Also sure the retailers aren't required ot accep tthem if you're buying less than $20, but you might as well try your luck :-)

    the voucher has the person's name or holder, so anyone can cash it in for you. You 'could' make up more names :) I just had to show my licence and sign for them.

    i too thought that i didnt get the $10 referral either yet. but i checked my email and there was the code to reedeem the $10 voucher. so check your junk mail. It would have been better if it appeared in your account automatically though.

    I have received a whole bunch of them. And they do appear automatically in your account. Took about 20mins or so after my friends purchased before it came through. So doesn't seem to be an issue for me. Maybe it uses cookies, and your referred person had them turned off? Just a thought. Not sure.
