I've been buying these chia seeds from Amazon for over a year now and this is the lowest price I've ever seen them. Usually they're $16+, and more recently $15.
Great in a breakfast smoothie for some omegas.

      • Ditto. Very weird.

    • Same, listing still says $9.99 though which is weird

    • I got 2 bags @ $9.99, so they must have changed it shortly after.

Great in a breakfast smoothie for some omegas.

Just remember that the omega-3 found in chia seeds is ALA, which is not the same as EPA and DHA found in marine sources. While our body can convert ALA to EPA and DHA it does so very poorly with a very low efficiency. If you're looking to increase your intake of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids then you'll be best looking to marine sources.

Costco has them for $14.49 for 1.5kg, and every few months goes to $10.99 on sale.
