FAQs

Can I use a gift card to pay?
Yes (provided you are buying eligible items). Amazon credit (eg. Promotional Credit) on the other hand will not make you eligible. Refer to Notes under the T&Cs here.

Can I buy a mixture of eligible and non-eligible items?
Yes, provided the total amount of the eligible items is $20 or greater.

Can I buy items from multiple sellers?
Yes if it’s within one transaction (same cart). Do ensure you empty your cart first, then only add everything to your cart after clicking through ShopBack.

Can I buy items from Amazon US/UK etc?
Yes if the transaction is completed via Amazon AU.

Can I pre-order?
Yes if the item is shipped within 60 days of purchase.

    made an eligible purchase through the app last month
    cashback didn't track
    wrote to customer service
    generic reply after a week- after investigating cash back did not track, next time try using the app!

    My transaction got rejected. It didn’t track the one I did the night before also.
    Should I even bother anymore? Used to be great in the past and got $$$ but last few ones always get $0 if tracked.
