  Bought one before and its good in quality
  However, will hope that the PD is 60w instead of 45w
  which might be a bit under power to charge Macbook Pro 13" (still able to charge but at a slower rate)

  When buying such chargers, aren’t we required to buy the USB cables also that support fast charging up to 45W? As normal USB C or USB3.0 cables don’t support 45W/60W charging. Can someone clarify plz. Tks

    Cables are rated for Amps (A). Depending on the USB charging standard used and the capabilities of the device and the charger, various combinations of A and Volts (V) can be used. Multiply A*V to get the W provided.

    From what I remember when I looked in to this a while ago, the USB-C specification states all USB-C cables should support 3A. Some optionally go up to 5A. USB-PD can go up to 20V so assuming your device and charger both are capable of 20V, all USB-C cables should support 60W minimum.

  Can anyone recommend a charger that can put out at least 65w for my XPS 15 (max it will take from non-Dell chargers) and a Note 9?

  I'm after simulteneous USB PD 3.0 and QC 3.0, and an additional port or two wouldn't hurt.
