  Hey lyl, I have received my monitor today and disappointed to find the box had been previously opened. The box condition looks like it has been sitting in the warehouse for a while as it is very black with scuff marks. Are you able to organise a collection and send a new one?

    Have you opened it already and checked the condition of the monitor?

    Received mine as well with the original xiaomi tape broken and box resealed with a new tape thats yellowish tinged. Is it the same?

    Hi lyl, I have received mine and upon opening it and setting it up, unfortunately I found out that the screen is badly damaged with cracks on the panel and a big black spot from top to bottom. Could you please organise a replacement? Thank you.
