its a creative way to market but absolutely confusing, especially with so many phishing emails going around.

Don't panic, they'll get around to it. I've found their customer service to be very good, if a tad slow to respond. No doubt they're kept busy with all manner of requests, returns….

Loyalty credit arrived in my account this morning.
recevied $20 credit, but did 2x seperate transactions of $82.78 on 18/10 and $87.83 on 16/10
wonder if there'll be another credit of $20 during the day cz I thought it mentioned $20 credit for every transaction of $80??
Im in the same position, got $20 of credit, but did 2 transactions on the 17th and 18th.
Neither of the Cashrewards tracked either.
