why LIFx is so expensive compare to other smart bulbs?
my humble opinion - no need for hub, quality app in comparison to others

I have the older Yeelights and have so much connection issues.
I wonder if these are better.
Also the Xiami home app is not the best in Australia. you have to connect to main land china if you want to connect to sensors
How does these bulbs compare to the Philips bulbs?
I have both. In my opinion these are the better product, they are brighter (800LM-Hue vs 1100LM-Lifx). I have heard of people having connectivity issues, I've had mine for over a year and never had an issue. The Lifx strips are a different story. Don't expect much out of their customer service, they are terrible.
Same have both but LIFX is simply more appealing to me (could be simply preference) no issues, 2 years in now expanding.

Isn't that supposed to be 1100?
