      It’s Telstra loyalty program so you get 10 points per $1 spent on an eligible plan. They often giveaway big bonuses on sign ups for plans as well just like how a credit card sign ups do. And then you can use the Telstra points to spend on products in the Telstra rewards store!

    For anyone wanting a screen protector, I highly recommend Nano Liquid.

    For ages I used the ones where you stick it on your screen and eventually you'd get air bubbles and whatnot so I switched to a tempered glass one where I got issues with the sensitivity (would have to tap harder than usual to register touches). On a friend's recommendation he told me to check out nano liquid and I bought one off ebay for ~$15 and it works amazing. They give you a wipe that you apply on your screen which forms a very strong surface. I've been using mine for around 8 months and have dropped my phone a fair few times and there's no damage what so ever to the screen.

  • Already have this case for my S20+ after getting it for 13000 points from Telstra.

    Definitely getting another one with my last 1500 points.

    Very lightweight cover that mostly stops finger prints from the glass back and protects the camera bump. Not sure how well it would protect against front drops though.

    I have 3 cases for my S20+ but this is the one I use at home all the time.

      As they cover up the beautiful glass back

    Anyone else keep getting error at checkout submission telling me I need to go in store.

    But they took my points and the case show up in redemption list. So hope all is ok :D

      So I've just noticed after logging into my account that I have redeemed 3 covers on my points activity, but I have no emails or sms for confirmation. I've been deducted points but have no orders listed in 'order tracking'….not sure what has happened!

        • I had the same issue, called them and the automated process hung up on me and SMS'd me a link for the Telstra App. So with Telstra App I used the messaging option. Need to type something like 'speak to agent' as it is a bot to start with. Had multiple agents on the chat, lots of miscommunications.

          They reimbursed the points last week, I placed orders again, which had error again (points taken but no order confirmation). Now the covers have increased from 1,000 to 10,000 points with some out of stock. I have asked that they do not reimburse a second time and please send me the order but their warehouse needs order confirmation, so they are still investigating. Asked to speak with manager multiple times with no luck.

          Waste of time, but I really want to use up my points as thinking to leave Telstra.

      I'm still missing my last order and points deducted without providing it. Raised complaint but they are useless, asking me to go into store and provide ID for the technical error. Does not make sense. Hope you guys have better luck than me.

        Had the same issue but they refunded my points and the order went through this time with an email confirmation.
